It can be tricky to decide which type of sports bra is best for each activity. 

In reality, which type of sports bra each person needs is unique to them. Generally speaking, though, the larger the cup size, the higher impact you’ll want when engaging in athletic activities. 

Someone with a relatively small cup size (maybe A or B cup) can engage in high-impact activities with a medium or low-impact bra. 

The reduction in breast means there’s not as much movement and therefore less discomfort. 

On the other hand, someone with a larger cup size might need a high-impact sports bra to perform lower impact activities. 

The bottom line is you should be comfortable and feel supported, so whatever level of impact feels suitable for you is what you should go with.
